No such thing as a dumb question! Such comforting words from my broker Matt, I highly recommend him! Matt was recommended to me by a dear friend who had worked with him on various home loans and refinancing opportunities she had taken out over the years. I am inexperienced in this industry and felt I had many "dumb" questions however never once did I feel stupid asking them, even when I had to ask the same question on more than one occasion!
