Before embarking on his finance career, Luke enjoyed a distinguished career as a professional rugby league player. Born in England, he played in the NRL for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles, and later for the Salford Red Devils in the UK Super League. As the eldest of the Burgess brothers (Sam, George, and Tom), Luke’s sporting background instilled in him the values of competitiveness, discipline, and an unwavering drive to achieve the best possible results.
