Matt Gleeson brings more than 12 years of real estate and finance experience with a deep understanding of how to best utilise residential and commercial property. His business is built on understanding his clients on a professional and personal level, effective communication, attention to detail, and most importantly – trust.

Prior to joining hubbl.it, as a Business Development Manager for a prominent real estate agency, Matt worked with clients in all walks of life from avid investors building sizable portfolios, to developers, to single investment landlords. In addition to his management role in growing the company rent-roll and facilitating the onboarding process of new business, Matt led a team of Leasing Consultants while ensuring client satisfaction. This real estate experience is a rare attribute for a Mortgage Broker and has proven valuable time and time again.

A results-driven Broker, Matt provides expert relationship management and strategic guidance to clients. He builds trust through a demonstrated ability to understand the needs and wants of his clients on a personal level. 

Matt is a father of two and a long-time Central Coast local. He enjoys golf, ice hockey, spending time with family and friends, and is a big fan of the Los Angeles Kings.
